Mt 7:28-29 He taught with authority and not like the scribes.

Jesus says in Matthew 7:28-29 that scribes teach with authority, but not the same authority as he has.

The word "scribes" in this passage means "learned men." Jesus is saying that these learned men are teaching with a different authority than his.

This scripture teaches us that Jesus did not speak like the scribes. He spoke like the authority.

Jesus did not speak with a condescending tone or act superior to anyone. He spoke with authority and demonstrated great respect for everyone he encountered.

Always remember Jesus loves me. Say it out loud.

Say it again Jesus loves me.

You are never alone. God Bless Brother Philip
